2025 Women in Finance Asia Awards Recognize Leaders Across Financial Sectors

Markets Media Group celebrated its sixth annual Women in Finance Asia Awards at the Mandarin Oriental Singapore on May 29, 2025. The event honored outstanding female professionals driving innovation and leadership across finance, including digital assets, fintech, and traditional banking.

Deborah Algeo of Zodia Custody took home the Best in Digital Assets award, underscoring the growing institutional recognition of cryptocurrency infrastructure. The win highlights Zodia’s role as a bridge between traditional finance and blockchain-based assets.

Other notable winners included Alice Pocklington of Trading Technologies (Best in Fintech) and Kathy Ong of BNP Paribas (Best in Custody), demonstrating the breadth of expertise across Asia’s financial ecosystem. Rising Star awards went to Aditi Kamat (Amansa Capital), Liz Ho (BlackRock), Cindy Yeung (Liquidnet), and Brietta Tsang (Morgan Stanley).
